Accessibility Statement

WeightechUSA wants everyone who runs a farm or ranch — including people with disabilities — to be able to use WSysFarm. This statement covers the website wsysfarm.com, the web portal at app.wsysfarm.com/portal and the WSysFarm mobile app for Android and iOS.

Our commitment

Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and to apply the same principles to the mobile app. We consider accessibility when we design and build new features, and we fix reported problems as a priority.

Current status

WSysFarm is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA: some parts do not yet fully meet the standard. Our most recent evaluation, in October 2026, combined automated testing with axe-core and a manual keyboard review of the website and the web portal. We have not yet had an independent audit or formally evaluated the mobile app, and the review is ongoing.

What we already do:

  • Pages use semantic HTML with headings, landmarks and a “Skip to content” link.
  • Everything on the website can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Text colors are chosen for sufficient contrast, and pages are designed to reflow when zoomed to 200%.
  • Animations are turned off when your device asks for reduced motion.
  • The service is available in more than one language, including English and Brazilian Portuguese.

Known limitations

We know about these issues and are working on them:

  • Text over photographs on the marketing website has not yet been manually checked for color contrast.
  • Screen readers: we have not yet completed a full test with screen readers (such as NVDA, VoiceOver and TalkBack), so some content may not be announced clearly.
  • Browser dialogs: some confirmations in the web portal still use the browser’s built-in dialog boxes, which can look and behave differently across browsers and assistive technologies.
  • Payment pages are provided by PayPal, and their accessibility is outside our control.

Report a barrier

If something in WSysFarm is hard or impossible for you to use, please tell us — we want to fix it, and we can help you get the information or complete the task another way in the meantime.

Email sales@weightechusa.com with “Accessibility” in the subject. It helps to include:

  • the page address or app screen where you had the problem;
  • what you were trying to do and what happened; and
  • your device, browser or app version, and any assistive technology you use.

We aim to acknowledge your message within 5 business days and to fix the problem, or offer you an accessible alternative, within 30 days. You can also ask us for this statement or our other legal pages in another format.

Technical details

The website and web portal rely on HTML, CSS and JavaScript, and are designed to work with current versions of major browsers and screen readers. The mobile app is built with Flutter and uses the accessibility features of Android and iOS.
